Is it necessary to buy Gerber products in US and send to India for my 4 Yrs Boy?

I found Gerber products are very nutritious for the Toddlers growth. Do we have any alternatives in India that can be given for growing childes. Please advice me? I have to US first time, So I have access now to buy them and send a package to India if it is a worth.
