Would you consider me healthy or am i developing an eating disorder?

I wouldn't say you have an eating disorder yet... but it sounds like if you continue down this road you could develop one. I have been in and out of phases like these since 7th grade. Try Sparkpeople for teens. This website will help you to watch calories in a healthy way. You need to eat enough calories and fat and protein. Instead of being really healthy on week days and not healthy on weekends, just be healthy all the time. This doesn't mean you can't occasionally have a treat. Exercising will never be bad, just make sure you eat enough for your body to keep up with the effort it has to put in. You are at a perfect weight right now and I am sure you will look and feel great once you get past this.
