My 16 month old wont gain weight?

She has weighed between 17 and 19 pounds for about 6 months now. She doesn't eat much at all. We give her lots of high calorie nutritious food, and pediasure. Should I be worried about her weight? Does anyone know any tricks to get her to eat more?
