Is a nutritious diet essential too having a ripped body?

For working out and wanting a ripped body diet is essential. when you work out you rip the muscles, these are then repaired and bigger and stronger. to speed up this process of repairing themselves protein is very good, this is usually in fish, raw eggs, red meats etc. fat and carbohydrates are very good because they store slow release energy so you can work out for longer whereas sugary things burn off very quickly.
