Eat a lot of apples and celery. Spinach can be pared with some lettuce, nuts (which provide healthy protein) strawberries with some vinaigrette. Potatoes are good but should be limited since they have a lot of starch. Munch on fruits if you are feeling cravings, smoothies help with this too. Asparagus can be good also. Keep this in mind, the more colors you eat the fuller the meal, the better for you.
